Centrum Ochrony Mokradel (CMok) will contribute to WaterLANDS by focusing their work in one of the project Knowledge Sites, the wetlands around Warsaw. This site will be used to gather information on the benefits of wetland restoration, including enhanced ecosystem services. CMoK will primarily share knowledge sourced from previous projects accomplished within the Knowledge Site. Additionally, they will gather new information about the social, policy and financial constraints for wetland restoration. CMok will participate in co-creating best practice by providing Knowledge Site data gathered which will be used to model opportunities for upscaling. Further, CMok will communicate and disseminate results of the project within Poland.
