Stephen Hart is Senior Loan Officer with the Natural Capital Finance Facility of the European Investment Bank and trained as an engineer. He has been working in banking for a past 16 years and has recently been collaborating with UCD and the Landscape Finance Lab to support work with Irish Peatland restoration.
